- upgraded TinyMCE to 3.x (you probably won't notice any differences - that was intentional)

- URL's in posts are now automagically linkified.
This regex matches any http links in a post: @(http?://([-\w\.]+)+(:\d+)?(/([\w/_\.-]*(\?\S+)?)?)?)@
then I transform info a href blah blah. this let me not have to implement a bunch of tag/script exceptions. so, everything is still excluded except what is allowed by tinymce. additionally all past&future posts will transform-linkify. cool HUH?! :)

- tweaked how user comment links show up - more verbose now.

- main background is bright GREEN! I did this from a suggestion that the site wasn't evoking happiness due to it's drab blue & gray combo. small fix I hope brings about small-yet-greater joy.

all completely painlessly... using:

- this handy js-minify script (php port)
- the newest prototype (1.6.02)
- as well as this keen prototype deprecation checking script to ease migration from 1.5 to 1.6 - though it turns out I didn't need it, all my uses of prototype remain legit... werd.

in other news, I keep neglecting to take pictures of the great meals S and I make. so I suppose it is no wonder basically no one has submitted anything to TLH. ...it's tough to remember to do, even for me.

made a few small but fairly critical updates to the submit process - added "NEXT" buttons and reorganized the "FINISH" screen.
pretty simple changes but ones with big impact since I received quite a bit of feedback on it.

since last TLH update, I've added the following features:

- a nifty & handy RSS feed
- lots more icons everywhere (IE6 users will not see most, they are trans.png)
- updated a lot of backend code
- added "share" functions
- new taste "nibbles" (aka mini) for sharing your favs on your blog or otherwise

nothing new yet. I still plan on unleashing TLH on the world, but now I'm thinking about advertising nearly everday. I will be incorporating some ad(sense) into TLH before release. that way no one will be suprised when it is there - besides my loyal and awesome beta testers (who I am thinking I should reward somehow.)

finally finished Picture Uploads for submissions. came across a couple minor bugs in the process (is as par for the course.) hopefully did not add anymore.

this new feature is live and it makes 1 of 20 something features I wanted to implement before going back to work. this is not going to happen, but it is better than nothing.

I am starting to feel the *real* public release date is near. that's all.
